Bad Experience I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. I came in to the service center for a free brake check service that they advertise and had s I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. I came in to the service center for a free brake check service that they advertise and had scheduled an appointment. When I came in, they had a specific lane for those with appointments. I waited inside my car for over an hour until someone came to help me. The other lanes that did not have appointments were being helped before me. I then waited another 2 hours inside until someone came up and told me I needed my brakes completely replaced and that I needed to pay 60$ for the labor to find that out. I was extremely mad because I came in wanting only the complimentary brake check and wanted to charge me for extra labor I didn’t consent to. I ended up arguing my way out of the labor charges and went over to Maidas for a second opinion. It turns out my breaks have PLENTY of time left and they were at 6mm when Toyota told me I was at 3 or 4. I will never come here again. Advice - get a second opinion before getting service done here! More
