No wow factor. Just regular dealership antics Started with internet sales agent. Very respectful young man. He offered a deal that was good but after that we had a very long wait to seal the deal. Wasn't told all the information about the 'special deal' in finance. Whole thing lasted 700-100. Had to go back the next day because i changed my mind on the optionals they sold me and had to threaten arbitration before they agreed to get that stuff off the contract. I had to give them 3 stars because they weren't forthright with all the info. More

Clean & comfortable setting for a morning of car maintenance Bethany was polite, super nice & knowledgable when it came down to business. I felt like I was waiting a little longer than I wanted, but she went out to the shop to check in on my vehicle. I needed 4 new tires, alignment & an oil change. The ONLy thing that could of made my whole visit AMAZING would be to possibly get a better deal on the services. I was wishing I had a coupon for at least one of the services, or they were having a Buy 3, get one free on the tires. Oh well, maybe another time. More

Okay then we told our service manager. When our service was complete he told us it did not go to our car. Great that is what we thought, is there a mat we are suppose to have? He said he wouldn’t know and that we needed to check with the sales manager. Really !!!! Kick this can down the line. We got home and that mat was left in our car. We will not be back. 1st 5000 service Did not vacuum inside the car and did not carwash. I have a carwash voucher but told me if the car is being serviced it will automatically wash. Maita needs a quiet room with windows & ventilation Greetings, Folsom Toyota has the BEST service that I've ever experienced. They clearly care about the customer from sales to service. Though, the Greetings, Folsom Toyota has the BEST service that I've ever experienced. They clearly care about the customer from sales to service. Though, their service is a bit slow ( 1.5 hours for an oil change!), they do provide a quiet room, snacks, and shuttle service. All of this is appreciated. Maita is second best. ( This is still a compliment because I've purchased 2 cars from this dealership. ) Yet, you really need to create a large, silent, well-ventilated space for people who wait for their cars. Even a 6-month service that does NOT require an oil change demands an hour of wait time ... odd ... but true. So, please create a quiet room to avoid the suffering of constant, annoying radio/TV chatter. Roseville Toyota is awful. I really don't like that dealership because I feel like they are going consume ME along with everything else they can possibly consume. ( I'm not the only person who feels this way.)
