Sales experience.. Not a bad experience but could have been better. The salesman was very obviously qualifying us before running credit. Many of his answers were sarcastic, incomplete or embellished. He seemed like a nice enough guy but didnt really make us feel important or valued that night. Sorry but CS and being personnal are very important to me when making an important purchase like this one. I understand that we were at the beginning of the Memorial Day sale and the factors that it may have played. In my opinion I dont feel he shouldn't be reprimanded because he's certainly seems very qualified but instead maybe retrained on some of these points. Mario the Finance man was very professional and friendly. More
