We were showed several options so we were informed of everything we had available to us. Luis Munoz was extremely helpful, personable, and truly allowed for us to have the best experience possible. While talking with him I had expressed that this was a big deal for me since I had not purchased a new car for almost 10 years. I had mentioned that I had wanted a Tacoma for many years and was so excited that it was finally about to happen (if the numbers were doable). I was nervous that I would sit down, run the numbers, and have to say thank you for your time but this is a little more than we were hoping for. Luis came back, and without even asking, went above and beyond what we were expecting. He truly made our truck buying experience the best it could possibly be. Ron Wilson helped us with our finances. He was amazing as well. He is very knowledgeable, experienced and has great customer service. He explained everything and really made us feel comfortable with our purchase. Once we were done with Ron, Luis showed us some things about the truck and gave us his card. The next day we had a question and called Luis. He answered and was more than happy to answer our question. This has been such a great experience and we are so grateful for Maita Toyota and the excellent customer service we received!! More

Most dealers in entire California (I contacted about 8) could not get me the one we needed, nor were willing to work on price. Finally I was introduced to Mehdi! He was the most knowledgeable and easy to work with - found "exactly" the configuration I needed - next day! In addition he worked the best price below the lowest quoted from other dealers, even below the one offered via Costco! Mahdi and Mario also managed to get me 0% APR financing, which I was told, was not available for my specific model. Also, their service specialist - Zach, was very helpful in explaining specifications of engine, electrical and other service items! Excellent Team! More

Although a long distance purchase may sound extremely complicated, Mehdi worked quickly to identify vehicles with the features I needed and was quick to answer all of my questions. He worked to give me a very competitive price and made sure I received all available discounts and rebates. I was very impressed with Mehdi's responsiveness to my unique circumstances and his follow through with comprehensive answers, as soon as I posed questions, as I was unable to see the vehicle and its features myself. Incompetant We recently moved to Sacramento and some starting problems with an older Toyota that has been dealer serviced since we bought it out of state. First visit they said it was the battery but still had problems. Next visit it was the supposedly the alternator. Luis claimed the two were unrelated and wanted to charge additional diagnosis fees. I asked to speak with manager and Tami though it was funny. Funny that we now tell everyone we work with about the horrible service we received (I'm in aerospace, she's at a hospital) and we may never buy a Toyota again if that's the service we can expect from Maita. One purpose of the no cost Toyota Care is to demonstrate how wonderful it is to bring your new car to the dealer for oil changes. Again 1 hour 45 minutes for basic simple service is unacceptable. Tony the manager didn't see the problem with that long of wait. More
