Good at finding cars, not much else Pros: found me the exact car I was looking for. Cons: car was 3 days late to be delivered and I had to get a rental car at my own expense to cover th Pros: found me the exact car I was looking for. I was very clear to all sales and finance people that I have limited time available so please prepare paperwork in advance and be ready to have me in and out in an hour. They were totally unwilling to accommodate, by some absolute nightmare it took over an hour just to sign 4 pieces of paper. I have bought and sold houses in less time than it took for a simple cash transaction here. And then when I tried to make an appointment to have someone show me how to use all the tech in the car, they flatly refused to make me an appointment for 9am. Apparently they don't work regular business hours. Too bad, will never come here again. More

Sophia went about her ways to find the 2018 Toyota Tundra Sports Package that was newly delivered in their inventory. The truck wasn't located on site for us to view but Sophia was able to take us down to their second lot to view the truck still wrap in plastic protective wraps. Paperwork was quick and pleasant. Financing was quick and smootg as well. They were very responsive to calls, emails, and our presence when we first step into the dealership. It only took a minute for Jay to notice and greet us. Very respectful and supportive team here at Maita. Definitely recommend to first time buyers. More

Why have a warranty I have had nothing but problems with my nav head unit in my truck. I took it in they couldn’t get it to mess up. They told me to drive with my phone n I have had nothing but problems with my nav head unit in my truck. I took it in they couldn’t get it to mess up. They told me to drive with my phone not connected and see if it happens again and if it does they would replace the head unit. I took it back they did not replace the head unit and told me to drive with my phone disconnected again. Five minutes after I leave the dealership it happens again. The service writer wouldn’t call me back. They still haven’t fixed my tuck they just keep telling me to drive with my phone disconnected. Great customer service. More
