Unsure about Maita, but have little choice Well over a month ago, I received a Safety recall from Toyota. Having purchased my car from Maita I assumed that I would be notified by you of this. Well over a month ago, I received a Safety recall from Toyota. Having purchased my car from Maita I assumed that I would be notified by you of this. A safety recall doesn't seem to be important enough for you to be able to "tag" the car in computer, and I was never notified. When I called (my fault for the delay, but I expected you to call me), I was given an appointment several weeks away. This is not the care I expected. Interestingly enough I was thanked, several times, on my work order and bill for having my floor mat correctly anchored, also a safety concern. The rest of the service was of the usual excellent, slightly pricy, service. Though, I thought I had requested synthetic oil, but got the regular kind. Finally, this car is driven about 5 to 6,000 miles per year and needs infrequent service. It would be helpful for you and/or Toyota, to develop a service program for the "less driven" auto. More

Maita Toyota has made some subtle changes since my last visit (a person actually walks around and checks on all my tires to make certain they're safe) which only enhanced my experience. I trust Maita to be fair and trustworthy. Waiting for my service to be accomplished is a comfortable wait. My Service rep was outstanding, but then they all are, well, except for a unpleasant experience years back with another rep, who thankfully no longer works there. TV, free coffee, comfy seatings....now if I could only get enough nerve to show up in my nightgown, slippers, and curlers, it would be home away from home. More
