My Maita Family is no longer there All new staff. Noticeable different approach to customer service. I am a 10 yr customer. Only Maita has worked on my car. Ever. I come in twice a yea All new staff. My service manager rolled out for me a $1000 list of recommended mtce work. These were never discussed with me before from Marlon Nonong who knows me and my car. We had a relationship and Marlon always told me what was urgent, what can wait, what to start thinking about. I did not feel that trust. Hopefully it will come. I miss my family. I miss the relationships. More

Thorough and trusted service. All problems resolved. Took vehicle in for 5K svc, repair or replace Rt rear tire...Purchased 2 new tires. Also replaced two brake lights. Had issue with gas tank vent.
