Will find another service center Maita used to offer an Express Service (oil change, tire rotation, inspection and car wash) for bout $70. I guess that all went away when you built the Taj Mahal on Auburn Blvd. You're services are too expensive ($40 to replace cabin air filter) and I am not paying for overpriced services so you can enjoy a million flat screen televisions in your waiting area. And I don't need a snack bar / coffee bar in my car dealership. And speaking of waiting...about 10 minutes after we asked your valet for our Camry until it arrived...ridiculous. More

Oil Leak Repairs Brought my 97 4Runner in for oil leak evaluation. Dealer identified valve cover gasket and others in the area that required repair. Agreed to repairs. Brought my 97 4Runner in for oil leak evaluation. Dealer identified valve cover gasket and others in the area that required repair. Agreed to repairs. Picked up the car and after driving for about 5 miles it began to run very rough. Contacted Marlon and he immediatly took action and had my vehicle towed in to the dealer. Service found that one of my fuel injectors died. hmmm. Marlon explained my options and made a fair quote for the additional repair. They completed the work and all seemed good. I was to bring the vehicle back for follow up oil leak inspection. When I did it was communicated that my oil pan was leaking! Expensive repair. I agreed again to the additional repairs. After getting my car this time I found that the 4 wheel drive was non-functional and found what I thought was new oil puddle under the car.Brought the car back again, they found that that 2 vacuum hoses were reversed thats why no 4 wheel and found a loose radiator hose that caused the appearance of new oil leak. Marlon made it all right! Having 23 service techs that work for me I understand that not everything goes perfect when it comes to service and repair. Marlon took ownership where ownership was due. He also treated me like the customer really does matter. I will return to Maita Service and continue to work Marlon on future repairs. Good Job Maita Toyota! More

The nice thing they have done was set up my new iPhone on my car! All that was a cost of 144 dollars. More
