Lied about included service We leased a 2016 Jeep Compass. we were supposed to receive free oil changes and tire rotation for the duration of our lease at ANY authorized Jeep dea We leased a 2016 Jeep Compass. we were supposed to receive free oil changes and tire rotation for the duration of our lease at ANY authorized Jeep dealer. We have moved to out of state and to this day haven’t resolved this issue with this dealership. Currently still having to pay for service even though the dealership states it’s been resolved. But Beware !!! More

No one helps when you need! Worst customer's service ever! They are good until close the deal and after they got your money no one is available. One year past since I leased this car and no one contacted me for a follow up! For me customers satisfaction is very important in order to keep a good relation and keep the custumers satisfied! But not for these people! I went to this dealer for instructions about how to get my free oil change but no one helped me. At the end I paid for the oil change because no people were available to talk to me! WORST PLACE EVER! I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP! More
