awesomeness! My experience with Major World was AWESOME! I filled out a form on line and Luis Ortiz called to follow up. I met him on a Saturday and he patientl My experience with Major World was AWESOME! I filled out a form on line and Luis Ortiz called to follow up. I met him on a Saturday and he patiently showed me every car I wanted to see that day. I didn't find anything I loved but he assured me that they get new inventory every day and he kept in touch via text. After 3 visits, yes 3, I found the car that I loved! I never felt pressured in any of my previous visits to purchase anything I didn't want. I met Derrick Jordan, the finance manager and he was able to secure financing for me. He was quick, efficient and professional. Kevin was the sales manager that assisted in the negotiations of my Jeep and sat in during my financing meeting. The car was prepared and Luis walked me through the rest of the steps. There were a couple of small issues with the Jeep and Kevin and Derrick promised they would be fixed. There was nothing in writing and I was very concerned but not only did they deliver on their promise, they fixed other items as well. While Luis was driving over to service he realized that my wipers were no good. They replaced them free of charge. I am waiting for a part to arrive but as soon as everything is fixed, I will write a review of the service department. If the other reviews have you concerned or apprehensive then ask for Luis when you go. I absolutely stand by my recommendation of him! More
