Upsetting First off - when I first walked in the guy who helped was very rude and was quick to show me cars and charge me 1000$ before I even got the car I agre First off - when I first walked in the guy who helped was very rude and was quick to show me cars and charge me 1000$ before I even got the car I agreed to. He supposedly is a great sales man but all I saw was he was a persuader but didn't persuade me I went to the financial supervisor and told him my horrible experience with the guy and made them change the guy to someone else . The following guy that helped was very helpful and I walked out with something better than a Honda that the previous guy was trying to sell my husband and I. Elbin Hernandez was the guy who helped me find the car I walked out with , he was great and showed me every car I can possible purchase in my budget . I can't recall the first guy who was horrible at showing the cars bc all the cars he showed were piece of crap Hondas that looked horrible. I didn't want to walk out with a Honda and that's all he wanted to show. But thanks to Elbin I walked out with my Altima happy. The only thing I didn't like is I was told 1000$ for my trade in and realized I got 500$ on my paperwork and when I called the financial supervisor left a voicemail and haven't recieved a call back. So I'm still waiting on that. More

Victor Almonte was able to get the price down which I was very thankful and I was able to leave with the car of my interest. WENT IN WITH MY SON WHO WANTED TO BUY HIS FIRST CAR MEET WITH A GUY NAME WEST MY SON CREDIT WAS RAN AND CAME BACK WITH AMOUT THAT HE WAS APPROVE FOR W WENT IN WITH MY SON WHO WANTED TO BUY HIS FIRST CAR MEET WITH A GUY NAME WEST MY SON CREDIT WAS RAN AND CAME BACK WITH AMOUT THAT HE WAS APPROVE FOR WE PICK OUT A COUPLE OF CARS WE TOLD WEST MY SON HAS 1500 DOLLERS MY SON INCOME WAS LOW SO HE RAN MY CREDIT WHICH IS NOT GOOD BUT MY SON CREDIT WAS GOOD, WE DECIED ON A CAR WEST WENT BACK INTO THE OFFICE FOR A LONG TIME CAME BACK AND SAID HE WILL CALL MY SON TOMM, THAT NEVER HAPPEN UNTIL A WEEK LATER AND TEXT MY SON SAYING HE WILL CALL, WE WENT ON A SUNDAY AND THAT MONDAY WEST RAN MY SON CREDIT AGAIN!!! I TRIED CALLING HIM HE NEVER ANSWER!!! HE THEN TEXT MY SON ABOUT 2 WEEKS LATER SAYING IF HE HAD 2000 HE CAN DO THE DEAL!!! WHAT A DAM WASTE AND NOW MY SON HAS A HARD INQUIRY ON HIS DAM CREDIT REPORT!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL TELL EVERYONE TO NEVER GO TO MAJOR WORLD AGAIN!!!!!!
