After, Santana took me to finance department, there, I believe I met with Ricardo, and he too was sincere and honest, honesty enough that he brought my payments even lower by the end of day. Before my experience with Major World I didn't want to visit dealerships without a male(s), i.e: father, brothers, etc. I also didn't like a female dealer assisting me. I met with Laura Wilfinger. She did NOT pressure, rush or contradict my expectations. She was insightful and HONEST. Very different from the usual car dealer steriotype. Once I found the vehicle, she brought me to Erick Mendoza, Finance Manager. Mr. Mendoza was a true gentleman. Easy going and also HONEST. He brought me a reasonable finance package. From there we go to Oscar Garcia, Insurance Specialist. He quickly matched me with a car insurance company that was reasonable in price. Overall, I would recommend you visit Major World. Go Figure!! =^) More
