This place has shady dealings. I received a recall notice from Ford called my local dealership to schedule execution of the recall and was told that I had to pay for the diagnostic I received a recall notice from Ford called my local dealership to schedule execution of the recall and was told that I had to pay for the diagnostic service in order to have the recall executed. When I called Tyler to further inquire as to how the diagnostic test was necessary. I was told that my vehicle was over the maximum amount of mileage allowed for the recall (not a real thing). What kind of dealership doesn’t want to service its customers? I reached out to four Corp. and was instructed to you try another dealership which didn’t have any of the hassle I experienced here.
