I had warning lights on the dash. I was told the computer needed to be reflashed. After paying for the work and picking up my truck after hours, I didn’t even get out of the parking lot before the warning li needed to be reflashed. I called back a couple of days later and left a message. I have yet to receive a return call from mall of ga Ford. I will try to avoid using mall of ga Ford in the future. More

As always, Marilyn was awesome. Even though I came in for a PPV oil change unscheduled, dhe took care of me promptly and courteously. After 4 visits of me tell the service rep there was something wrong with the navigation system, and him telling me there wasn’t...I told him “I bet if my vehicle wasn’t under warranty you’d find a prob something wrong with the navigation system, and him telling me there wasn’t...I told him “I bet if my vehicle wasn’t under warranty you’d find a problem”. After they finally added an A-Pim module, it’s now working. Simply not pleased with MOG Ford’s Svc Dept. Will ONLY go back if I have no other options. More
