We have been dealing with an issue for several months of the tire sensors not working. In October took the car in for service and asked them to check the sensor. The oil change took 4 hours and they never c the tire sensors not working. In October took the car in for service and asked them to check the sensor. The oil change took 4 hours and they never checked the sensors. A manager called me after filling out a survey and complaining. He said next time bring it in and we will reprogram the sensors to communicate with the car. Well that was this time and they said that manager is no longer there and they know nothing about it. Then proceeded to tell us we needed new brakes which were just replaced at good year in August. Also said we needed an alignment which was just done a few months ago as well. Do not trust this place any longer and will not be back for service. More
I don’t feel the dealer was honest from the beginning. I was forced to pay almost 2,000 for tints that have a hair in it.
