Always Great I recently bought a second Ford and took it here for service. I was greeted promptly and the costs were reasonable. Since it was used and I had just I recently bought a second Ford and took it here for service. I was greeted promptly and the costs were reasonable. Since it was used and I had just bought it they recommended certain services but gave a clear explanation of each and didn't pressure me to do unnecessary things. The oil change and air filter replacement was done super quick, under 30 minutes. They also have a nicely redone waiting area and although it was busy, everyone was kept moving. My service advisor was very friendly and informative. I have always had a good experience here, especially since they remodeled the waiting area, I would highly recommend! More

Great service shop I only come here for service on my expedition. It’s a dealership so prices are higher than a regular mechanic. I think they charge 120 an hour while s I only come here for service on my expedition. It’s a dealership so prices are higher than a regular mechanic. I think they charge 120 an hour while some other dealers charge 100. But mog ford is a great place, they are very accommodating while waiting. Also the service advisors are friendly and explain things well to you so you understand what is wrong and even why it went wrong. I recommend you visit for service on your vehicle. Also they are very thorough when the work things get done correctly. If they make a mistake they will fix it, if they break your engine they will buy you a new one. Sometime they even give you a free car wash after an oil change or service. I deal with Matt and he is a great guy, he will try to work with you and get you some discounts too if he is allowed to. They also warranty their work nationally so if you are on the road and something goes wrong any ford dealer can fix it just make sure you keep your invoice in your vehicle because dealer systems are not linked up. Anyway see you guys on the next oil change (hopefully not sooner I don’t like it when the truck breaks 😂) thank you all for you hard work and customer service More
