I really think Ford over charges for some parts. I think I was over charged for a simple overflow hose. It is hard to trust a company that you feel is looking to stick it to you for as much as possi I think I was over charged for a simple overflow hose. Hose probably has $8.00 in material and was charged 160.00 for part and close to $500.00 for the service. Just sad. More

Excellent Service With A Friendly Demeanor I took my F-150 in for its 40k mile service. My service rep, Oscar, met me and explained what was included in the service check. All went well and m I took my F-150 in for its 40k mile service. My service rep, Oscar, met me and explained what was included in the service check. All went well and my truck was ready on schedule as promised. Oscar noted my tires were wearing on the outside rims and suggested I put in 3-pounds more of air above the standard fill. He also provided info and recommendations for replacement tires, when the time comes. He was professional and personable and I much appreciated his recommendations. More
