We bought a 2011 Escape and we are very pleased with our choice. Our salesman, Curtis, and Mall of Georgia Staff, were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Len was recommended by a friend who had bought a new car from him. I explained to Len what I was looking for. After shopping for weeks, I almost didn't call MOG FORD because it is several hours away from my home. However, they had the best prices out my exhaustive internet searches, and offers from 11 other dealer because it is several hours away from my home. I noticed that their new cars were priced lower than most of the used vehicles I had contemplated on buying from the "cheap" internet sites, private deals, and used lots. Well my very lucky day is when I did call !! Craig Roland provided the best price...but more so, made the process the friendliest, easiest, smoothest, and most seamless transaction I have ever experienced. The entire staff was amazing. Even people in back offices and at the coffee pot that I just "bumped into". I met some real nice people and had some great conversations. Oh yeah, for my new Alabama friend there...ROLL TIDE! I felt they all truly cared about me and my new purchase. Most rare, even the other sales people seemed happy that I was buying a vehicle from Craig. I never received the usual snub once they found out I was "taken". I'm not usually smiling while spending money, but I guess the dozens of other smiles there were contagious! AND, even if I was grumpy going in Ms. Carol Thomas's office...I couldn't have left anyway but smiling. She is real treasure! If you are sad, depressed, or just need a lift...go buy a new Ford and see Miss Carol !! Well...it was a long drive and a great deal, so I bought TWO vehicles! I am use to south Georgia, "small town friendly service"...well I learned it is "so called", because the folks at MOG FORD can teach them all a lesson. My advice to any one ... BUY A FORD!! None of that government motor company stuff ;) AND....save yourself a lot of time....googling...phone calls...emails...headaches and $$MONEY$$. Get your wife, kids and dogs and drive to Mall of Georgia Ford. I despise driving if the road is not DIRT...I HATE driving anywhere near HOTLANTA...when I do I always swear I will NEVER go back!! BUT: and I don't say this lightly.....traffic be darned, Without wasting all my time shopping, my next vehicle will come from Mall of Georgia Ford at Buford, Georgia. More

Reviews are meant for facts and for expression of your experience for others to reference. I had TWO visits this past week of MOGF. My first, was terrible!!!! My second, was 100% flawless, and GREAT! Here is the story! We dealt with Mall of GA Ford for an entire week. Begged, and begged to purchase a car from them that we found online. Our first trip in was anything but pleasing. We had a rude and non-willing salesman from New Car sales. We were told that our PRISTINE 2007 Edge SE was in "poor" condition. Take into account this car had NO stains on the carpet, NO wear on the leather, NO scratches inside or out, EVERYTHING worked perfectly, ALL maintenance was performed ON TIME, EVERY TIME, it ran like a dream and had 40k miles. After telling them there was NO way the car was being traded as "poor", they upped it to "good" condition, which I could have dealt with. I wanted the other car from them. We could have made it work! During the negotiating, the salesman repeatedly told us our car was "as low as you can get" and that "you can't get any lower, they couldn't sell a car like that because no one wanted it". After getting no where, feeling completely insulted and humiliated, we left. When we returned home, we composed a detailed email to the owner of the dealership, Mike Jordan, about our experience. He turned it over to the "main general sales manager" to handle. The next day, the "manager" of the dealership didn't want to budge $900 off the drive off price to help make this work for us, got ticked off with negotiations and in turn told me that he would not do business with me, to not call back, not come back and that I was never allowed to do business with them. Nice right? That's some customer service! Not. It get's better! Remember the part about not budging for $900 to sell the car? After telling us we couldn't buy it, he then goes online, lowers the price an entire $1000. Just one more nail in the coffin and a MAJOR smack in the face. After posting negative reviews about this salesman and manager, the dealership contacted me to see what the problem was, see if they could fix it, and to get the negative publicity retracted. We told them.....ALL WE WANT IS TO BUY THE VEHICLE!!!! We went THAT night with CASH in tow and bought the vehicle. Took an entire week of begging and arguing to buy a vehicle from them. Insane! In turn, I am basing this review off of my SECOND visit. NOT MY FIRST. It is also based on the people I dealt with the SECOND night. NOT THE FIRST! The only reason I took the vehicle was because, it was exactly what I was looking for. Color, mileage, year....everything. Not because I wanted to work with the dealership. But, I can say....I was treated with total respect and the customer service was top notch. I can't say that I will visit this dealership again unless our salesman we worked with the second time is present. This night, I worked with Eric Smith over the phone, our salesman was Felix Rosianu and our finance guy was William Cade. These three men are a TOTAL asset to this company. They go above and beyond to work with a customer. They made the process smooth, comfortable and easy. They started fresh and allowed us to have a great experience. I want to applaud Felix on how outstanding my service was. He was FANTASTIC. If anyone has to visit this dealership, I highly recommend going to him. He was wonderful and I can't thank him enough. He is not only accommodating, but he is a true giver and he strives to please. Take note MOGF, you need to reevaluate your employees and fill your dealership with people like him!
