That being said, this purchase experience was above average, or average and enjoyable, as they all had nice personalities, but it was clear to me this time around there was a changing of the guard, and nobody knew what the product was all about education of the sales staff would be my highest priority, if I planned on succeeding with this dealership going forward, I won’t name names because I actually went through several people before we got the job done and the end result was what I wanted so I can’t complain More
Stephanie, Service Provider made me feel that dealership is not honest. She works there and either inexperienced or something. My car was there for 2 days and nothing was done. I shouldn’t have believed 24 to 36 hours. Then after my car was there Wednesday she said it would be Friday afternoon before they could even diagnose my car problems. I had a recall on my mkc lincoln they picked it up and a few hours later called me they were bringing my car back. Parts were on backorder. I feel they should have known that prior to taking my car. Dealership is cool, either under staffed or staff that is there isn’t really in their job. I was suppose to get a call back about a recall. Never got it months went I by and I went in.
