Received terrible service from this location. My vehicle has been sitting for almost 2 months now because the service department cannot correctly diagnose my vehicle and simply don’t care! They worked on my car 3 times keeping it 30 days or more each time and still didn’t fix it. I reached out to management and was ignored. The customer care manager Lindsey also reached out to management on my behalf and still nothing! Lindsey is the only associate that took my claims serious and really tried helping me. If your car is under warranty be prepared for poor service . Now I have to go through a process of proving I was sold a lemon! More
