EXCUSE ME!? I dropped off my car for an oil change on 1/7 and addressed the ongoing issue with the recall that was supposedly already taken care of the last time I dropped off my car for it. The guy said since it’s an ongoing issue after the first attempt that the next step would be to drop off my car for a week and I would be given a loaner. HE said HE will give ME A CALL Monday. I waited more than a week for HIS call and during that time called and left numerous of VM and tried to track him down. I finally got a call on 1/18 and he said there isn’t a loaner car available and to give him some time to give me an update. HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK EVER! I contacted again yesterday 2/24 and left a VM at 8:55AM. NOTHING! Finally told my husband the situation because I’m beyond fed up and he said he would take care of it. He finally gets call around 4:30 PM the same day I left a VM and he leaves a message stating that the cleaning crew threw away his notebook and that’s the reason why he didn’t get back to us for more than a month and half. I will be more than happy to send over the VM he left stating what I just said. So don’t you dare come at me with this xx that you were waiting on me when IM THE ONE that was staying on top of it and being more than patient with this rep.
