If your car is new they can help you, if it is an oil change or alignment they are specialists ... but if your Ford is a challenge, 7 years old or more, they will be complicated with bad diagnoses, bad r change or alignment they are specialists ... but if your Ford is a challenge, 7 years old or more, they will be complicated with bad diagnoses, bad repairs, they will not find the root cause of the problem, they will conveniently blame and insult your car (ignoring that they themselves built "that garbage") and they will only care if you pay a fortune, do not receive a guarantee, repeat payments for more bad diagnoses and more bad repairs and of course, close the mouth ... because they are Ford. My specific case: I came for a characteristic sound of a damage in the front end bearings of my 2013 Ford Escape Titanium 2.0L, a noise that seems when turning the steering completely to the left or right at low speeds and after its erroneous and consequent diagnoses wrong repairs, whole days without my vehicle and $ 5,575.36 in payments, the noise remains the same !!! The Ford of Mall of Georgia “Auto Repair” its Certified Technician and its Manager were vastly exceeded in their capabilities due to a minor mechanical problem !!! worst of all, there is no guarantee for their mistakes and bad decisions ... they don't know that word ... on the contrary, they blame the car for being "old and rusty" they demand more money to continue erring in diagnoses !!! or go elsewhere with your problem ... I forgot to report that Mr. Oliver Starling, Director of Service, does not recognize the discount coupons that Ford sends to our doors, for the, 10% on "any service or repair" does not include labor! and adds to the coupon a condition that it does not have, it is only for invoices of $ 1,000 or less, then then to invoices of 5.575.36 it does not apply !!! Incredible!!! That's a biased interpretation to say the least. In any case, I recommend what I will do from today, look for alternatives in less spectacular but more respectful workshops for the client. Very very very Disappointed. More

I am disappointed and discouraged about bringing my truck back for any service. Before I brought my truck in for an oil change it was quiet. Schedule an appointment for check engine light. I told service rep that it should be covered under the extended warranty. She asked if I had the warranty paperwork. I said it should be in the system. Sat there for an hour then she tells me they can’t get to it today. I asked if she checked my warranty she said no. I called Billy Cain Ford in commerce made an appointment and they were awesome, no issues over warranty. I will never deal with Mall of GA Ford and I will advise others not to go there. More
