Came in for recall work and to have my sunroof looked at. Paid $140 for You to look at it to tell me the whole sunroof track needed to be replaced. Told me it was going to cost $3700 to fix it and the parts Paid $140 for You to look at it to tell me the whole sunroof track needed to be replaced. Told me it was going to cost $3700 to fix it and the parts were $2500.00. There are tons of people online with the same problem so I looked myself. Had they actually looked at the sunroom they would have seen that the rails the the glass sits on were broken. Standard thing for Ford it appears. Found parts online for $150.00 and fixed in less the 30 min. My lease is up in a couple months and because of this and feeling like you tried to pull a fast one, I will not be back to buy another truck from you or Ford nor will I bring my company vehicles to you anymore for service. It’s a shame because I really like the Ford F-150 and was looking forward to getting a 2021. Thanks for your help. More

Good service center. Service advisor was very attentive and quickly got my vehicle inspected. Service was completed in one day. The cost seemed a bit expensive and I’m surprised at how many problems I have and quickly got my vehicle inspected. Service was completed in one day.
