Your service department has gone downhill. I’ve asked on three separate occasions to change the cabin air filter. They always told me it’s the next time despite having a service Agreement with I’ve asked on three separate occasions to change the cabin air filter. They always told me it’s the next time despite having a service Agreement with Ford. The most recent oil change the service advisor specifically said he checked the cabin air filter.
