I’ve got to be honest. I hate using dealership service centers. I think they are way over inflated when it comes to the price. I needed it fixed as fast as possible and got to a point where time was more valuable than price. That being said, I was very satisfied with my service writer and the speed the repair was done, and I have no complaints on that end. Dealerships just tend to charge more for similar service than stand alone shops. More

Extremely pleasant when you first drop off your vehicle, then it becomes a money grab. One year later, I go to the dealership to have the brakes done and they told me they are fine. I also brought it in for the concern of coolant, boiling out of my coolant reservoir. I was told that the mechanic could not get it to boil out. I came home and verified that it does. I asked them what the cost would be for changing the thermostat and I was told over $500. I’m a man, but I will not be bringing my vehicle or purchase a vehicle from this dealership ever again. More
