Worst customer service and service ever. Had my truck there for transmission repair under warranty. The “courtesy vehicle” they gave me broke down on me. I got it towed back 1 minute after they closed and they couldn’t help me get another after I called and spoke to someone that said they can help me. Got another vehicle for a couple more days and then mine was “fixed”. They charged me for the “courtesy vehicles, yes the one that broke down on me too. My truck broke down again for the same issue the next day. I took it back and they took 28 days to fix it, called me about getting the courtesy vehicle/rental back. Tried to charge me for that one but I refused. After speaking to the manager they agreed to pay for that one. Ford has still not reimbursed me for the rentals I had here and another dealership and 90 days they had my vehicle. More
I have had 2 service experiences now with this dealership and both were terrible. Communication is atrocious every step of the way. I have called their service number at least 20 times and had a human pick u and both were terrible. Communication is atrocious every step of the way. I have called their service number at least 20 times and had a human pick up 3 of them. They apparently can't afford staffing to properly do the job. The service director should absolutely be fired as he hasn't a clue how to run a department. And I have been the GM of 2 dealerships in Atlanta, so I know a bit of which I speak. More
