This Ford dealer made me feel like they were too busy for my business. My service advisor was very uncommunicative I had to consistently follow up to get any information. The young lady that help me was very profesional,I had an incident with my tire, but the Manager was very kind explaining to me, so at the end I was pleased with the service. I finally was told to come for it on Wednesday. When and I got there it was not ready. I spoke with a different service person and got the car on Thursday afternoon.
