This Ford dealer made me feel like they were too busy for my business. My service advisor was very uncommunicative I had to consistently follow up to get any information. Ultimately my diagnostic service on my business. My service advisor was very uncommunicative I had to consistently follow up to get any information. The young lady that help me was very profesional,I had an incident with my tire, but the Manager was very kind explaining to me, so at the end I was pleased with the service. I delivered my car on Sunday evening for a routine service with a couple of small problems to fix and I'd get it back Monday afternoon. It was not ready. I finally was told to come for it on Wednesday. When and I got there it was not ready. I spoke with a different service person and got the car on Thursday afternoon. VERY upsetting and EXPENSIVE for me to get other transportation. More
