I made an appointment and took my 2004 Ford Thunderbird in to have just a few things done to it; left brake light bulb replaced, headlight direction adjusted, etc. After my car was kept for a day and a h in to have just a few things done to it; left brake light bulb replaced, headlight direction adjusted, etc. After my car was kept for a day and a half, I was contacted and told I could pick up my car. When I picked up my car, repairs had not been done and I was told that my car was obsolete and too old to be repaired. The service department was informed of the age of my car when I made the appointment to take it in for repairs. If the service department was not able to do repairs on my car due to the age of it, I feel I should have been informed before taking the car in to the dealership. More
