My 1 star ratings keep "disappearing" so let's pretend. I went in for service with a printed list of 21 updates needed for my vehicle. The shop manager performed 1. I would say that I get average service at this location. Not all services are done when requested (asked them to do a software update on multiple occasions and it’s never been done). Also, Back up camera Not all services are done when requested (asked them to do a software update on multiple occasions and it’s never been done). Also, Back up camera went out on my explorer and I was told it would be $1000 to replace.. did it myself in 20 minutes for $90 More
