Amazing Service I originally went to the Mazda dealership down the road and we weren't able to make a deal but they personally brought me to the the mini dealership. They are not pushy in selling you a car at all it was by far the BEST service I have EVERY had! Way better service than the mini dealer on my side of town. Purchase of Mini Clubman on 5/24/2017 We were interested in purchasing a Mini Clubman so we visited Mall of Georgia Mini for the first time on 5/24. The facility from showroom to service We were interested in purchasing a Mini Clubman so we visited Mall of Georgia Mini for the first time on 5/24. The facility from showroom to service shop appeared first class. Every employee we met was friendly and competent in their job. When we met Pat, our salesman, I noted he was wearing a Hendrick shirt. That is when we learned that this Mini dealer is part of the Hendrick dealer network. We had purchased a Tahoe from Hendrick Chevrolet Buford in the past and were pleased how that purchase went. We immediately felt comfortable at the Mini dealership. The process of looking at, test driving and then purchasing our Mini went smoothly. We also met Matt, service manager, who gave me a tour of the service area where we discussed Minis. Milton, the finance manager, made the paperwork side of the purchase as painless as possible. Overall we enjoyed our interaction with Mall of Georgia Mini during the purchase of our Clubman. We hope to continue a positive relationship through the monthly Mini gatherings at the dealership and with the service department. More
