My car needed to be in the shop a few days and they had no loaners available for me. I have an extended warranty that covers everything. Was shuttled to the airport and was stranded because they had no ren no loaners available for me. I have an extended warranty that covers everything. I took my vehicle to have and oil change and tire rotation on Feb 22 2024. When I go home I check the tire pressures and noticed that you didn't do the tire rotation. The guys i worked with were great, however the prices have gone up and being told that it took over an hour to program a key fob was ridiculous. Slow Service with no real answers. The Service Department is very friendly however there are constant employment issues. EVERY oil change we’ve been told the same thing…people called in today. We are understaffed so a basic oil change and tire rotation takes 2 hours! We asked about how long the original tire tread would last. Until they are worned down! This is your answer about a vehicle you sell? Duh!
