I live in Maryland, and had been searching for a specific Forget the negative stereotypes of a used car dealership when you work with the Malouf team. I live in Maryland, and had been searching for a specific Jeep Wrangler. After some frustrating experiences with dealers closer to my home, I found a low mileage Jeep on the Malouf website via the USAA car buying service. After working with Sarah and Steve via phone and email (both of whom were great), I decided to make the 2.5 hour trek up to New Brunswick...ready to buy. I met with Ron Iwanski for the test drive and then worked a great deal with Bob DeVito, the pre-owned sales manager. Both of these guys worked their tails off to get me in my Jeep. I want to give an extra shout-out to Bob, who truly went above and beyond for me. In the end, I got a great Jeep for a great price and drove off very happy the same day.
