Excellent Experience I worked primarily with James Lennon. I popped in a few weeks back to look at a Ford F150 Raptor and I told James I wasn't ready to buy that day and h I worked primarily with James Lennon. I popped in a few weeks back to look at a Ford F150 Raptor and I told James I wasn't ready to buy that day and he took my information and followed up with me by email. No pressure at all. When I was ready I emailed him back a few weeks later and we set up a time to meet and test drive the truck. Again, no pressure by anyone. We were able to cut a deal and I walked out the same day with my new Raptor. Everyone from Dino Jr to James or Sam in finance made everything very easy. I would highly recommend Malouf Ford and James Lennon to anyone. Great guys!!!! More

Finally! A the perfect dealer! Car dealership experience is shared across a wide range of common folks. I had several in my lifetime. I can say this one is totally different. I couldn't believe my luck walking in the store and meeting them. They valued my trade-in fairly, gave me a very good price for the new vehicle, went out of their way to assist in document processing (insurance, credit application, etc.), and, to top it off, gave me a higher rebate than what was normal .... all in an effort to satisfy my customer needs. I have not seen this passion and drive and honesty and sincerity from any dealer. Ever. Kudos to Jimmy Lennon (my Marshall!), Sam (of Finance), and even Joe (the GM). They all pitched in to help me get my wish. More

NEW CAR PURCHASE had to come back two times to try to buy a mkc. not so good on the first try did not like the way the first saleman kept turning on me when the manage had to come back two times to try to buy a mkc. not so good on the first try did not like the way the first saleman kept turning on me when the manager came around. after talking about a car that I wanted we came up with a price ,I signed then was told that car was sold will have another Monday Monday came and was told no car had to order one 5-6 weeks if I wanted I looked at another dealer and found the same vehicle with same vin number at 3:00 car was sold one hour ago. so went on line again and found a vehicle that would work online was in contact with a rep from malouf jas was her name and we worked out a numbers over the phone with texts on I vehicle I found in s.i. went back to dealer and I requested to see another saleman to work with and was givin chris we talked about the issue told him about the couple of days texting and we went over the numbers that jas and I started and the deal was done . no issues no problems had the car in two days thank you More

Jim and Mr. Brown are the best!!! It didn't start out great but as soon as I met Mr. Brown it instantly got better.
