Unplanned car purchase in a hurry After a series of bad events including an automobile accident involving my car, I was forced to find a replacement vehicle real fast. Luckily I had such a positive prior experience with Malouf Ford ( Jim Lennon, salesman ), that I chose to buy my next car there. I had no doubt that Jim would do the right thing for me. And so, we picked the better of two choices ( a Ford Edge ), and surprisingly, I was able to drive off with my new vehicle the very same day. Everything went smoothly. Jim even arranged to have my rental car picked up from the Malouf dealership parking lot, saving me 2 side trips. This was a great event in an otherwise awful month. More

Great experience I ordered my 2019 Ford Ranger Lariat from Chris right before Christmas 2018 and picked up the truck in the first week of April. Through the entire pro I ordered my 2019 Ford Ranger Lariat from Chris right before Christmas 2018 and picked up the truck in the first week of April. Through the entire process Chris has be a pleasure to work with. He returned emails and calls quickly and was always willing to help find answers and information for my questions. He was also good in post sales service trying to find solutions to any issues the truck had like the air recirculate button turning itself off. The tonneau cover I ordered with the truck didn't come when I picked up the truck and I needed to go on a long trip soon so the general manager of the dealership offered to lend me their floor model's tonneau cover and it helped my trip greatly. Bill from the service department is very nice to work with also. All the people there I met with from the general manger down were all friendly and willing to help. Overall I am quite satisfied with my experience in purchasing the Ranger truck and the service I received. More
