The best car buying experience I've ever had! From the very beginning of the process through to adding the license plates to my new vehicle, Malouf Ford Lincoln was really a dream to work with. My sales rep, Anthony Petrangelli was never pushy, or pressuring. He asked me exactly what I wanted, and figured out a way to get it. Most of the discussions happened over the phone, after Anthony had done some research, so I didn't have to spend hours sitting in the dealer showroom. Once he had a few options for me, I went back to see him in person, and the manager gave me a deal that was literally everything I asked for. I got a brand new car, in the colors that I chose, for a lower payment than I had on my older vehicle. How could you say no to that? Everyone was very helpful, and I'd recommend Anthony to anyone looking to buy a Ford or Lincoln. More

Not Very Enjoyable of an Experience First they sell a demo car with 6000 miles as new since it's never been titled, ok whatever, I'll buy it. Filled out all the paperwork, turns out they sold the car to someone else. Great, thanks for wasting my time. They were nice enough to offer to find another similar car at another dealership and have it available within the week, cool, but now I had to pay more money than originally agreed upon, whatever, at least it won't have any miles on it. Found one, turns out the MSRP is $200 cheaper than the one I originally wanted, no biggie, they still charged me the same for it...whatever I need a car. Go in to pick it up. They assured me vanity plates aren't a big deal and to just get some document and take it to the DMV and I'll be all set. Turns out that they gave me a new registration and to transfer vanity plates I would have to give up the $300+ that I paid on that registration....awesome...bye bye vanity plates, thanks! Go to finance guy, never mentioned once the APR I was going to get, turns out it was really high and they never even gave me an opportunity to get my own after telling me that rate, great, guess I'll have to do a refinance on it with a much better rate. Get car, come back later to get some parts installed, they were nice enough to give me a loaner car for the day. Figured drop off before work, come after. Never heard anything all day, no biggie, guy said a couple hours. Come in after driving through Route 1 rush hour traffic - oh we called you, car's not ready, didn't get a call?? oh, we had your number down wrong...great another day with loaner car and another trip back to pick it up.... Moral of the story, they are trying to sell you a car, make sure you know everything and don't expect them to know it all - goes with any dealership. More
