Don explained that we were there too early and to come back in a few months. That was Henry's first day in the dealership. We returned a few months later and Henry was available to work with us. He had gained some knowledge since we had first met and we decided on a new Explorer. Don came in and helped us out with final pricing. When we went to pick up the truck there was an issue. Don was able to correct it and still get the car back to us before our end of lease date. Wonderful gentlemen to work with. More
