Black Friday I had the pleasure to work with Michael Cappuccio of Malouf Ford - Lincoln, Inc. Mike was very professional, funny and not pushy like most car dealers I have been to previously. Mike greete Cappuccio of Malouf Ford - Lincoln, Inc. Mike was very professional, funny and not pushy like most car dealers I have been to previously. Mike greeted us with a warm welcome and showed us to our new vehicle. He was very through with the knowledge of the vehicle from gas mileage to all the the technology and how it worked compared to other trim levels. The buying process was fast and easy.
