So I came to Malouf Ford due to my usual dealer, Bell Ford closing. My lease was up on my 2018 Escape and I was looking to lease a new one again. Jim approached me and introduced himself within seconds o Ford closing. My lease was up on my 2018 Escape and I was looking to lease a new one again. Jim approached me and introduced himself within seconds of arriving a greeted me with a honest and warm smile (yes, you can tell). Due to current conditions in the country Jim didn't have much to show but he remained upbeat at the prospect of helping me. After all was said and done I ended up keeping my 2018 Escape and even though that didn't get him anything, he was happy I was happy in the end. Jim definently does not fit the mold of your classic car salesman and is a true pleasure to deal with. I will highly recommend him to any family or friends looking to buy a car and if you're reading this, see Jim...he'll treat you right!! More
