Jim was great in helping me find the perfect lease based on my preferences and answering all of my questions honestly. It was my first time buying a car in 10 years and they made the process simple and easy on my preferences and answering all of my questions honestly. It was my first time buying a car in 10 years and they made the process simple and easy for me. I was able to find something I liked, take a test drive, and complete all required paperwork in one day. The only reason I couldn't take the car home was because of an insurance issue. The car was clean and had a full tank of gas when I picked it up the next day. Jim also made sure I was connected to the Ford Pass app and that my phone was synched with the car before I left. More
