Long Time Customer Long time Ford owner and customer of Malouf. Came in on 9/30/2019 for recall service on my Explorer. I was served by Daniel Keller, who wrote up my service request, walked me through the process and informed me of other work that needed to be done. Waited for my vehicle at the dealership, expecting to be there about 4 hours and the vehicle was delivered within that time frame. Dan was able to find Ford Pass points which were then applied to lower my overall bill and now my car runs fine. Things to improve on: (1) Inability to make online appointments; can only schedule by calling. (2) Too long a time period between making the call and the day of service; I had to wait 30 days before my car could be serviced. (3) No vending machine in the waiting area. More
