Car Servicing Sal is the service representative that I spoke with when dropped off my vehicle for a major service. Sal is straightforward and honest. He let me know right away approximately how long it would take to complete the service. Even though I chose to leave the vehicle with them for the day, he called me and gave me the complete run-down of everything that needed to be done to the vehicle and how much it would cost. The cost was broken down by issue and he even provided the total cost with taxes included. One of the things that I appreciated is that he notified me of a promotion on tires, which I badly needed. He helped save me a good chunk of money that I would have otherwise had to spend had I gone anywhere else. Although my interaction with him was brief, I felt comfortable and informed about what exactly was being done to my vehicle, the cost, and when I could expect to get it back. Very professional. More

Customer friendly servic Malouf Ford-Lincoln is always able to accommodate request for a loan car when I bring my Lincoln MKX in to be serviced. I am welcomed by name, have a Malouf Ford-Lincoln is always able to accommodate request for a loan car when I bring my Lincoln MKX in to be serviced. Job Well Done Brought my 2019 Ford Edge to Malouf for service and couldn't be happier with the way I was treated. Malouf handled my service experience perfect. My brakes weren't quite right and Malouf service resurfaced my rotors and now I have a smooth braking. All while I waited for the service to be done. Easy to make appointment, easy in, easy out!!!! I wasn't a believer I had a bad service experience 2 years ago & it wasn't pretty. I wasn't a fan at all, after that until I met Marlo at my nail salon. She heard me talk I had a bad service experience 2 years ago & it wasn't pretty. I wasn't a fan at all, after that until I met Marlo at my nail salon. She heard me talking about my initial experience and struck up a conversation with me about it. She told me she worked for Malouf & really listened to my concern and asked me if I would consider giving Malouf another try for my next service. She didn't want me to just write them off. Mind you, this is the first time I ever met Marlo! Marlo is very engaging and really cares about her customers and the organization she works for. Because of the conversation with Marlo and Marlo's commitment to her customers, I agreed to give it another try. I called Marlo & asked how I go about getting the recall on my car done. Within 20 minutes she had texted me with the date/time of my appt. Marlo EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! Marlo is the ONLY reason I gave them another try. Marlo goes above & beyond for her customers, as it should be. She's a great asset to this company. More
