From the moment we drove in we were greeted by Jeff, one of the salesmen. Very friendly and not pushy. We went over what we were looking for and talked price. We did not buy the vehicle at this time because they were the first ones on our list of dealerships. After going to another dealership we realised DeCormier was the one. I have never been so comfortable with the sales staff, and Finance guy, who was very friendly and made the paperwork fly by. We purchased our new vehicle and had no issues. It's nice to know there is a dealership that cares about the person and not the sell,sell,sell attitude you get from others. When we are ready for our first service we will update our review. I went to DeCormier Nissan to look at a 2010 Cube. I was greeted in the parking lot by Bob, who was very helpful and pleasant, without applying any sort of high-pressure sales pitch. Not only was Bob able to provide me with all the information about the car I was interested in, but he also took the time to show me around the dealership and introduce me to some of the Service Staff after the sale. I had a small issue with the gas cap not being fully tightened (my fault) which caused the check engine light to come on in the new car. So I returned to the dealership and spoke with Lynette in the Service Department, and she had it taken care of right away. Bill the technician explained to me in person exactly what was going on, and had me out on the road again in no time. I was made to feel very comfortable during my entire car-buying experience. The staff at DeCormier are very friendly and knowledgeable, and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone who is looking for a new car or to have work done on their existing vehicle. Our experience with Bob was very positive. My low "quality of work" score is due to one element: only negative part of the experience in general was discovery of a pretty significant scratch and chipped paint on the bumper of the new car the morning we went to pick it up (had not been there the day before) - we had to point it out. This item seemed to have been overlooked somewhere along the line of moving/inspection/cleaning when the car was prepared for sale, and we felt that it was careless. Someone along the line clearly knew it happened, and we should have been alerted to it right away. However, upon discovery, they did offer to get it fixed right away at no cost and with no time constraint (we requested to have it done at a later date so we could take the car that day, and they set up an appointment for us). With the exception of the bumper scratch, and assuming it gets fixed to new condition, the overall experience will have been very positive. More

Salesman Robert Helm was recommended to me and he was patient, kind and most helpful as I purchased a 2010 Nissan Altima. As a woman, walking into a car dealership showroom can sometimes be an intimidating experience. Everyone at Decormier was respectful and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend Decormier to anyone looking to purchase a Nissan or perhaps a used vehicle. Overall it was a wonderful car buying experience! I was impressed with the fact that the dealership was always busy and alive with energy! The only downside was the availability of the salespeople and managers! Business seemed to be SO good that they always seemed to be distracted toward to the next customer or perhaps they were short staffed on the days I was there. Other than feeling slightly rushed, I am greatly satisfied with my purchase and the customer service I received at Decormier Nissan. I also found the communication to be wonderful. Whether it was Bob or a finance manager...they always followed up with a phone call and returned my messages. All in all superior customer service! More

Friendliness: From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with several smiles and the friendly hello of an available sales associate. Throughout the entire shopping experience, Rob was personable and friendly. Overall Experience: Overall, I am very pleased with my experience at DeCormier. I was looking new/used for either a Sentra or a Versa. There was a wide range of used Sentras, but I had already driven a Sentra in the past, and was very interested in trying the Versa. The only downside was that the only used Versa had already been sold. My sales associate asked if I'd like to take a new Versa for a spin, and I did. It felt the best of all the cars I had tried that day--Toyota Matrix & Camry, Honda Fit & Civic--and I knew it met my "must have" requirements. Price: The price was most definitely the deciding factor. I was able to receive $1500 cash back towards the price as well as a $500 rebate for being a recent college graduate. The trade-in value I received was more than fair. More
