This is the first car that I have ever bought on my own so I wanted to make sure I did things the right way. After deciding on the car I wanted (Murano) I started to make some calls around to different dea so I wanted to make sure I did things the right way. After deciding on the car I wanted (Murano) I started to make some calls around to different dealerships in the area. I wanted to make sure that I was going to get the best price. Some places I called were not so eager to help, they cant give prices over the phone, or they would hear my voice & give me a rediculously high price (i sound about 12 yrs old on the phone). I stopped into Hoffman in Avon because its close to my house & I stood there for about 15min before anyone even came to talk to me... I was the only one there!! When I finally got to speak to someone he gave me the price that was close to $7000 more the anyone else. I wound up going to DeCormier one day because I had been in the area. I was about to give up doing this on my own & get my dad involved because I felt I wasnt getting great service. That was until I went to DeCormier. I was greeted within minutes of walking through the door. And not even by one of the salesmen but by the sales manager himself!! From that point on everything was smooth sailing. He didnt have the exact car instock (nobody did.. its white with tan leather, 360 package...who wouldnt want that). So, Jody made sure to order one specifically for me. It was going to take a couple of weeks but I was updated as to when it was getting to me periodically. The day I picked it up it was ready to go, I was even helped setting up all of my personal settings (mirrors, blue tooth, etc) When I sat with the business office to fill out my paperwork, pay & register the car, that was just as seemless and pleasant too. I would tell anyone who asks to go there for a car. To me great service speaks volumes! Down the line when I need a new car I will only go back to DeCormier... Thanks for the great service : ) More
