When I walked into Manchester Honda and spoke to Dan he told me right off the bat that none of that would occur. I decided on a car. Got approved for it, then found another Honda I wanted more for a little more money. Dan was so good about it! I felt so bad! No problem though. Dan took care of it and I drove it home the next day! I am so impressed I will never do business with another dealership again! Best experience ever! Thank you so much! More

Disappointing Experiance Recently purchased a 2015 Honda CRV from Manchester Honda. Looking to replace a 12 year old car with a safe and reliable vehicle. This is the forth an Recently purchased a 2015 Honda CRV from Manchester Honda. Looking to replace a 12 year old car with a safe and reliable vehicle. This is the forth and last Honda. The experience has been very disappointing with problems with the vehicle from day 1. A 30K mistake. Just want to resolve this issue and move on. Honda should not continue to sell this car with known problems that the dealer is hiding.It has gotten to the point where the dealer is tired of seeing me and the same with them. Have made multiple attempts last time called put on hold for 18 minutes someone picked up the phone then hung up. Last straw asked to buy back car. Offer is a 5K loss. John Casey (Sales manager) said best they could do. They know of problems with car and put it on the consumer. He said to take it up with American Honda nothing they can do. Felt very insulted.The car is under warranty that they will not cover. Have made multiple attempts to fix the issues, now feel I have been black listed. Last time called put on hold for 18 minutes then disconnected. To start it off took delivery late evening and did not notice the white spots all over the car until the next day. Paid for Simonize (big mistake). Upon inspection found a piece of a rag (used for Simonize) caught in trim under drivers side headlight. Trim lifted will not lay flat. Met with John Casey (sales manager) and Tom Graham (service manager). John commented that that it does not look bad barely noticeable. Tom used spray and a rag attempting to remove the spots. Agreeing that they are under the Simonize. Told them it was unacceptable to make it right. They kept the car for 2 days. Called the next afternoon was told they were too busy had other priorities. Completed next day replacing the front grille and re-simonize. Next car started to vibrate excessively.Shaking so much can see car vibrate while running standing outside of car. This makes me nausea during 30 minute commute to work driving in traffic and highway.Also feels like driving on rumble strip at 10, 25, 45, 5 & 65mph. Gas mileage is poor 25 at best. Something is seriously wrong with the car. Searched online it is a known problem. Twice stopped at a red light brake pedal went to floor causing car to roll thankfully did not hit car in front. Took car back again. Service adviser said first of hearing of vibration issue. when mention again then say oh you mean that problem. They balanced the tires and bled the brakes. Did not help. Next day tire pressure light came on. Back again. What next? Told by service adviser this is known problem nothing can be done. Do not feel comfortable driving this unsafe car.It has gotten to the point where the dealer is tired of seeing me and the same with them. Have made multiple attempts last time called put on hold for 18 minutes someone picked up the phone then hung up. and now have been told from sales manager John Casey it is out of there hands. can not help, to take it up with American Honda.
