I'm very pleased with the warm and helpful attitude of the staff. The young lady who met me at the service department drive was professional, efficient, and pleasant to speak with. In no time at all she had me checked in and on my way to the waiting area. While I don't know the specific name of the service department person who handled the "paperwork", the gentleman who came to tell me the vehicle was ready with very pleasant, helpful, and attentive with a great attitude. All in all, it was a pleasant experience, which causes me to drive from my home in Mobile, Alabama, to do busness with your facility. To process this review I randomly chose a name in the service department selection; as noted herein, I do not know the name of the specific person who handled the paperwork. More

I scheduled an oil change for 0830 hours and arrived 10 minutes early. I was prepared to wait, but after 2 1/2 hours of waiting they finally finished the basic oil change and tire rotation.
