The experience was awfully disappointing. I had a scheduled appointment for 9am, I arrived at approximately 8:45. I was finally able to leave the dealership at 4:15 that evening. As I was leaving I checked my truck and both fender flares were loose and just hanging. I immediately let them know, they had to take my truck back into the shop in order to fix the issue. They bring my truck out of the shop and I once again try to leave and notice my change fuel filter light is still on. Had to stop and go back to let them know. They once again had to come fix the issue. And to top it all off, not one person offered me any kind of compensation for not only sitting there for 7 hours, but having to deal with poor work ethic. It was a horrible situation and the worst experience possible More

I would not go back, dropped truck off at 10am and went back at 3:30 and they had not even started my oil change. I had an appointment and had to wait almost 2 additional hours. Staff was less than helpful and the lady was actually kind of rude. Only reason I went there again is because I purchased 3 years of oil changes. Similar to the last time I dropped it off. Why have appointment times if you’re keeping my truck for 7 hours. Do not recommend. I also asked for a wash and it was not done either. I will take my business else where. More
