My oil was not changed and the battery in my key fob was not changed. I had set up an appointment two days in advance for "a couple of hours" of service on the things I previously mentioned. My car wasn't r not changed. I had set up an appointment two days in advance for "a couple of hours" of service on the things I previously mentioned. My car wasn't ready for pickup for over 8 hours and the services I requested, plus the carwash they offered was not done. I had to call, return the car, and start all over again with the process. It was finally complete but not without problems at the end because there was still uncertainty that the oil wasn't changed since the individual did not sign off on the paperwork. To be quite honest, I watched the service associate question 3 employees about the oil change and 1 finally started he did it- I didn't believe him for a moment. Last but not least, I called Tony and left a message after the second appointment. He's never returned my call and therefore it was decided we would never use Mandal for any service or purchase of another vehicle. For the record, I have ignored FOUR of these requests for a review. Since it appears I will not be left alone until it's completed- here are just the highlights of the failures I had to endure and pay for at Mandal's in D'Iberville, MS. More
