Buyers beware! ! In my opinion, I strongly advise against conducting business with this dealership. Initially, I was satisfied with my experience and wrote a positiv ! We purchased a 2021 GMC Acadia SLE with under 47,000 miles last Thursday. The vehicle was accompanied by a Carfax report and maintenance records. However, within a mere five days, I was forced to undertake extensive brake repairs, replacing the brakes, rotors, and pads due to their deplorable state. It is inexcusable that the dealership's inspection process failed to identify this critical safety concern. Upon notifying the dealership, they requested supporting documentation but ultimately disclaimed any responsibility. As a disabled veteran, I am dismayed by their evident lack of concern for customer satisfaction and and unwillingness to provide reimbursement for the repairs. I urge fellow veterans and potential customers to exercise extreme caution when considering business with this dealership. Buyers beware!! Shame on this dealership for not doing the right thing!!
