Had an appt at 0915 for my first and free oil change. Dropped off the truck at 0700 and put the keys in the box. Called in at 0800 to make sure they knew the truck was there just to make sure it got do Dropped off the truck at 0700 and put the keys in the box. Called again at 1300 to check the status since I had not heard anything and it was just going into the shop. Got dropped off after work, about 1430 and it wasn't done. Just assumed it was being washed so I walked the lot. Truck was done about 1500, didn't look it over just went in and signed the paperwork and got the keys. Susie was very nice and said there was a recall that they tended to, changed the oil and rotated the tires. Got to the truck and it wasn't washed. Not a big deal but at the time of the sale and even today on their website they mention a free car wash when you bring it in for service. Since it wasn't washed, I was also able to notice the lugs had not been removed so there is no way they rotated the tires. The oil filter was new and there were a few drops on the engine cover so the oil was changed. No DEF or washer fluid added. That may not be a part of their free service. I don't expect a lot but don't lie to me. More

Service was fine. I dropped my car off & was not notified when it was ready. Called to inquire about it 5 times & was caught up in some phone glitch. I went in to report a problem I had, they checked it out; said needed a part but it was not in stock. The ordered the part, let me know when it came in. I usually don’t have issues but when my wife goes for a simple oil change it take 2-3 hours. This time she was there for 4 hrs and then when she went to go leave her Tahoe would not start. 2 hours later simple oil change it take 2-3 hours. Diagnostics reveled a brake module needed repair but they didn’t off to repair it. More
