Oil Change, inspect brakes took nearly 3 hours to complete. I had asked for them to check for a slow leak in one tire. My issue is when I asked them to check for the leak, YES I WANTED IT FIXED!!! I didn't expect the process to take 4 hours! More

First, I would like to say that I was initially very impressed with the Dealership and all the Staff that I encountered from sales, finance, parts, and service! Staff was very friendly, personable, and impressed with the Dealership and all the Staff that I encountered from sales, finance, parts, and service! Staff was very friendly, personable, and professional. I was very Happy and Pleased with my Experience until my very Negative experience on June 11. 2025! I did have questions about things that had not been mentioned after I printed the forms from the thumb drive at home days after the sale, but Ms. Bandon discussed them with me on June 11th. I arrived for my service appointment on June 11, 2025 and was greeted in a very positive and friendly manner! I discussed the 5 basic accessories that I had ordered from the parts Department the week before. These included: locking gas cap, locking lug nuts, door window deflectors, rubber splash guards, Mopar front and rear handles (total 3 handles with 2 bolts each). After I ordered the parts, I went to the service department to make an appointment. I asked about the time to install these parts and was told that it wouldn't take very long. When I arrived on June 11th and checked in, I asked for a breakdown of the labor for all parts. I was told to wait in the waiting room and he'd get it together and let me know. I was there waiting until 5:30 PM before I was told my Van was ready! mid morning he came and told me the total cost would be around $2500, and I asked again for a labor breakdown. I was told that it was all together, but he'd figure it out and get back with me. Every couple hours I would see the service staff and asked about the labor breakdown costs. I was told the same thing. I could have installed these items myself as I've done many times over the decades, in a couple hours at my home. A trained mechanic with all the proper tools available could have does this in an hour! I was waiting 8 hours for this! There is no way that a mechanic worked on my van for 8 hours to do this work installing 5 accessories! I was charged $2,598.01 for these 5 parts and installation! I replied to a previous message from Ms. Amanda which was asking about service. I detailed all this on June 12 because it was very concerning to me. I received an email on June 13, 2025 from Mr. Andrew Barry which included the breakdown of parts and labor that I had requested before any work had been done! For examples, the labor charge alone to screw in 6 bolts attaching the 3 handles was $661.50! The 3 handles charge was $455.00, which added to a total Charge for the 3 handles of $1,116.50! Wow! The labor to click and stick on 2 window air deflectors was $378.00 for $108.00 parts! Had I been given this breakdown of high labor charges, I would have done them myself. I recently received a letter about new vehicle owners getting a 10% discount on parts. This wasn't mentioned when I ordered parts for my new van or at my service appointment, even though I asked about discounts at service before paying. I replied to several similar surveys asking about my experience and have yet to hear anything from anyone? I absolutely hate feeling this way after this experience! I was so Pleased and Happy up to that point! I Really want to have a very good and trusting relationship with everyone there in all departments! I expect to be given all information needed and requested ahead of time and expect to pay for services rendered and a reasonable wait time for services!
