Had a problem with my Prius where the dash lights were not coming on plus there were issues with the power button when starting and stopping the car. Issue was intermittent. Liliana was my service manag not coming on plus there were issues with the power button when starting and stopping the car. Issue was intermittent. Liliana was my service manager for this issue and did a wonderful job of explaining the problem once it was diagnosed and putting it on the receipt for my reference. The issue required the odometer data off of the old part to be transferred to new part and had to be done by another company. It was estimated that dealership would need to keep the car from one week to a month. Liliana stayed on top of the issue and let me know when they had received the part. Fortunately, it took less than a week. Liliana knew that this was my only car and made arrangements for me to have a dealership shuttle pick me up when the car was ready. Thanks so much for all your wonderful help on this, Liliana! More
