Service advisor took over 5 minutes to greet me and confirm reason for visit. Head valet seemed uncomfortable when I asked him questions while waiting so long. Routine service took over two hours, and once car was ready, advisor took another 15 minutes with paperwork. Service was not efficient and customers who came in after me were processed out before I was. I did not feel my time was valued, even with an appointment. More
